HOW TO START YOGA THERAPY
The free consultation is to know each other and explore the variety of topics pertinent to your health and well-being, aiming to create a comprehensive overview of your individual needs and how we may work together.
Typically, this consultation will last about 60 minutes.
START YOUR YOGA THERAPY JOURNEY
After the consultation, you’ll start your yoga therapy journey (@ the studio or online) to improve your sense of well-being through physical practice, breathing work, and relaxation/meditation practice.
I will facilitate you to become mindful of your body's physical posture, movement, and breathing patterns, enabling you to improve your tools and self-assessment skills.
This is an integral step in your journey of self-exploration and awareness, enabling you to validate the journey you are making over time.
I usually recommend at least 5/10 sessions, to begin with, to be able to establish a routine and truly begin to feel the effects of your practice.
