Hello, nice to meet you and welcome to my website!

My name is Isabella, and I'm so glad you're here.

I’m Italian and based in Dubai with my husband and our two kids.

When I moved to Dubai in 2012, it was a challenging moment in my life. I felt overwhelmed, and I struggled to find myself grounded without reference points. Looking back, I am grateful for those challenges because they led me to start my yoga path, which was a transformative journey for me.

Step by step, I started to immerse myself in the practice, and I began to notice a positive shift in my mindset and overall well-being.

Yoga helped me connect with my body and my mind and cultivate a sense of inner peace that I'd never experienced before.

As I continued on my yoga journey, I felt a strong calling to share this practice with others.

I started specializing myself with more than 500 hours of teacher training.

In 2019, I spent a transformative period of my life in India where I took the 300 hours Jivamukti Yoga teacher training certificate following the teaching of Sharon Gannon and David Life, inspired by Shri K. Pattabhi Jois.

Later under a yearlong Neil Pearson’s mentorship, I became a Yoga Pain Care therapist qualified to treat the issue of chronic pain.

Then I began specializing in yoga therapy, taking a Yoga therapy Diploma accredited by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT), using the principle of yoga to facilitate people in their healing journey.

For me, yoga therapy is more than just a career - it's a way of life. I believe that everyone can benefit from the healing power of yoga, no matter their age, background, or physical abilities. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, or anxiety, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, I'm here to help.

I love to relate to people creating a welcoming atmosphere that fosters positivity and engagement.

Thank you for taking the time to visit my website. I look forward to getting to know you and supporting you on your own yoga journey!
