My name is Isabella, I’m so glad you are here. 

 

I’m a certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) and from a young age, I have nurtured a deep interest in exploring the physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being of human beings. 

 

I grew up in Rome and after earning a degree in Economics, I started my career working with European structural funds and leading projects aimed at revitalizing economically and socially disadvantaged areas. This experience taught me that a future rooted in humanity is built on resilience, compassion, and holistic development.  

 

With the birth of my children, I felt an even stronger drive to delve deeper into the psychological and emotional aspects of human development, which inspired me to pursue studies in psychology. 

 

In 2012, my family and I relocated to Dubai, where I balanced raising my children with a new chapter of personal discovery—yoga. This journey was transformative, fulfilling my need for movement, physical health, and spiritual connection. Its philosophy opened doors to understanding and nurturing all dimensions of human existence, integrating body, mind, and soul into a harmonious whole. I started to cultivate a sense of inner peace that I'd never experienced before.

Since then, my studies and practice have enriched my life, creating a continuous flow of discovery and growth. 

Driven by this passion, I felt a strong calling to share my practice with others.

 

I pursued advanced yoga teacher training (+1000h YTT), completing years of study in Dubai, India, Canada, and Netherlands. 

 

My specializations include a yearlong mentorship in Yoga Therapy for chronic pain with Neil Pearson and the diploma in Yoga Therapy certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (IAYT). These experiences deepened my practice and expanded my knowledge with a comprehensive blend of philosophical and scientific insights, including studies of anatomy, physiology, and neuroscience.

 

In 2016, I opened my wellness space in Meadows, Dubai, where I guide individuals on their journeys to well-being. 

I believe that everyone can benefit from the healing power of yoga, no matter their age, background, or physical abilities. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, or anxiety, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, I'm here to help.

I love to relate to people creating a welcoming atmosphere that fosters positivity and engagement.
