My practice is based on a holistic individual approach, taking into consideration the unique needs and expectations of each individual made by a complex interconnected system of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual components.
By using an integrative approach I combine mindful movements, breathwork, guided meditation, and deep relaxation practices, with a view to the physical, philosophical, and spiritual practices of yoga.
My scope of practice is to empower individuals to promote a sense of overall well-being.
As a yoga therapist, I can draw from a full range of yogic practices and assessment skills, as well as biomedical and psychological fundamentals which allows me to provide comprehensive, evidence-based yoga therapy services.
You cannot teach anybody anything.
You can only help them discover the truth within themselves.
