Cinzia is a highly experienced Holistic Therapy Practitioner based in Rome, specializing in Pilates, dance, and holistic practices such as Girotonic®️, Gyrokinesis®️, OLIT, and Reiki.
OLIT, or "holistic training", is a new holistic-proprioceptive-postural discipline that has gained significant popularity in Italy in recent years and is a unique blend of movement control, breath synchronization, and mindful concentration, mirrors a slow-motion dance that harmonizes Tai Chi, Pilates, and Dance, sculpted to the rhythm of music for complete psycho-physical well-being.
Cinzia's classes emphasize fluid, circular movements, guided by the rhythm of the music, fostering emotional well-being and spiritual harmony.
